2. Description of Services
Tastebudcreationhub provides organised walks and excursions through natural parks, gardens, and mountain routes in the Tokyo area and surroundings. Each route includes accompaniment by a professional English-speaking guide who is responsible for safety, information, and the comfort of participants. Services are available to groups of up to 8 people.
3. Booking Process and Conditions
To book a route, you are required to:

- Agree a date and time with our team
- Make payment in accordance with the payment conditions below
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from the Company.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Japanese Yen (¥) and are listed on the Site. The price includes guide services and the route itself. Additional services (transfers, meals, specialist equipment) are priced separately by agreement. We accept payment by bank card and other methods as agreed. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 14 days or more in advance: full refund.
- Cancellation 7–13 days in advance: 50% refund.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days in advance: no refund.
- Cancellation by the Company: full refund or transfer to another date.
6. Weather and Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for cancellation of a route due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, earthquakes, or other circumstances beyond our control that make the route unsafe or impracticable. In such cases we will offer a transfer to another date or a full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participants accept all risks associated with taking part in outdoor walks, including physical exertion, natural hazards, and accidents. The Company provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during a walk (except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the guide).
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Changes to a route due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays or cancellations caused by third parties.
8. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Follow the guide's instructions regarding safety.
- Be in a physical condition appropriate to the difficulty level of the chosen route.
- Stay within the boundaries of the designated route.
- Respect the natural environment and not cause harm to flora or fauna.
- Not participate under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations in Japan.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or exclude a participant who does not meet these responsibilities.
9. Health Requirements and Medical Conditions
Before booking, participants should confirm that they are physically fit and able to take part in the route at the chosen difficulty level. The Company is not responsible for health complications that arise during a walk. If you have serious medical conditions or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before participating. Please inform your guide of any medical conditions at the start of the walk.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, video, routes, and descriptions, is protected by copyright and is the property of Tastebudcreationhub. You may use this content for personal informational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission of content without the Company's written consent is prohibited.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Please review their terms of use before following any links.
12. Assumption of Risk
Participation in outdoor walks involves certain physical risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and choose to participate voluntarily. The Company, its guides, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, or death directly or indirectly arising from participation in a walk, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Japan. You agree to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Photography and Use of Images
The Company may take photographs or video during a walk for its own purposes (documentation, marketing). If you do not wish your image to be used, please inform your guide at the start of the walk. The Company may use such images on the Site, in marketing materials, and in other communications without additional permission.
